I want to thank Racheal and Lori for the sound bath and meditation. This was an amazing experience, it helped me to relax very deeply, I didn’t want it to stop! I can’t wait for the next one. I recommended it to everyone who wants to pamper themselves and spend an hour of self care.

For many years I have been on the receiving end of a sound bath. I always loved how relaxed and peaceful I felt afterwards. Now that I am helping facilitate the sound baths with Racheal, I find it really interesting to see people before the experience and then to see them afterwards; completely changed, relaxed, and not really wanting the experience to end. It’s fascinating to hear what they experienced while they were resting in the frequency of sound. It’s a really rewarding experience for me.
— Lori Carlson Sound Curator
I had shoulder pain for a week from doing some chores and after the sound bath I noticed that the pain was gone - I don’t think that was a coincidence.
